Everything was perfect, had a really good stay in town for a short stay. The room was brand-new and complete with a bath. The property's location was comfortable and unbeatable, close to parks. Further, it was close to Disneyland and convention center, restaurants, fast food, shopping, bus stops, and the Toy Story Disneyland Parking lot and many other restaurants/stores.

Nice building and rooms with a very comfortable bed. Ideal location to the convention centre. Based really close to Anaheim, the Disneyland parks, restaurants. Really had fine stay in town for a short stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of common areas could be improved, and there were some minor maintenance issues that detracted from the experience.

It's location near Disneyland Resort.
The service wasn't that great. One of the staff there was not very helpful particularly when you ask them to ring for a free shuttle bus to a shop or confirm a tour booking, the response was it is best that you do it yourself. You have a phone in your room that you have paid a deposit for. Also not taking messages for you while you out and about

Cheap would recomend only if they want something cheap and dnt mind how far it is from disney land
No outlets so we had dificult charging our phones cameras, far from disney land specially with kids, bath room stank like pee and is durty we found hair on the pillows we didn't mind couse we don't use the blanket I always bring my own sheet to put on top and cover the beds. Looks iike they dnt vacum often under the bed but since we didn't had any time to spend there we didn't mind just sleeping over..

The spacious King room provided a comfortable retreat after long days. The proximity to key attractions, especially the convention center, saves time and energy.
The floors could use a thorough cleaning. Stepping around barefoot resulted in dirty feet. There were complaints regarding a lack of hot water and poor bathroom maintenance, including mold discovered in the toilet area. The absence of a safety door lock from the inside felt unsettling, and parking spaces were cramped and limited.
